We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship orders within one to five days of receiving your order. From that point, it takes 10 to 20 days for products to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your product at all times.
We strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery, but some global factors may impact shipping times or service in specific regions:
Import duties and taxes: Orders dispatched from outside the United States may attract import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees. Unless expressly included at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient. Free shipping covers delivery charges only and does not include these import charges.
